Class/training schedule for group classes

Class Schedule

Get in shape and stay in shape by training to gain Health, Wellness, Self-Defense and lose those pounds and stress!

And, remember your first class is FREE, reservation is required. Please arrive 15 minutes before class time.
If under the age of 18, a parent or guardian is required to sign a waiver form.

Juniors MMA Self Defense:
Monday 5:00-6:00 pm, Wednesday 5:00-6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00-10:00 am

Boxing & Muay Thai Kickboxing – Elite Fitness:
Monday through Thursday: 6:00-7:00 pm

Adult MMA Self Defense:
Monday 6:30-7:30 pm, Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm, Saturday 9:00-10:00 am
