Class/training schedule for group classes

Class Schedule

Get in shape and stay in shape by training to gain Health, Wellness, Self-Defense and lose those pounds and stress!

And, remember your first class is FREE, reservation is required. Please arrive 15 minutes before class time.
If under the age of 18 parent or guardian is required to sign a waiver form.

Juniors MMA Self Defense:
Monday 5:00-6:00 pm, Monday 5:00-6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00-10:00 am

Boxing & Muay Thai Kickboxing – Elite Fitness:
Monday through Thursday: 6:00-7:00 pm

Adult MMA Self Defense:
Monday 6:30-7:30 pm, Monday 6:30-7:30 pm, Saturday 9:00-10:00 am
