Class Schedule

Get in shape and stay in shape by training to gain Health, Wellness, Self-Defense and lose those pounds and stress!

And, remember your first class is FREE, reservation is required. Please arrive 15 minutes before class time.
If under the age of 18 parent or guardian is required to sign a waiver form.

Private Training by Appointment: Monday – Thursday 10:00-4:00 PM, Saturday AM

Juniors Boxing: Monday – Thursday 4:15-5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM  BEGINS JANUARY 2, 2018

Juniors MMAMonday – Thursday 5:00-6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM

Adult MMA: Monday – Thursday 6:00-7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM

Teen/Adult Boxing/Kickboxing: Monday – Thursday 6:00-7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM

BJJ No Flag Monday – Monday – Thursday 7:00-8:20 PM

Boxing Team: Monday, Wednesday –  7:00-8:20 PM, Saturday 10:00-11:00 AM
